COVID-19 UPDATE – WE ARE RE-OPEN AS OF 2nd JUNE

Queensland Government announced on Sunday 31st May 2020 to move to stage 2 of the Roadmap to Recovery COVID-19 safe plan. Stage 2 enables gyms and fitness facilities to have a maximum of 20 people in facilities at any one time.

What does this mean for Perform 360? As we we’re small group training specialist prior to COVID-19 outbreak, facilitating 20 inside our facility is very manageable to facilitate training and adhere to COVID-19 safe plans. We find it easy and simple to maintain the social distancing due to the size in which we operate, cleaning of equipment after every use, ensuring hand sanitisers are used frequently and ensure ALL members have a towel.

Perform 360 is Brisbane’s leading functional performance facility. Based in Enoggera, on Brisbane’s north-side the facility offers a range of activities including Personal Training, Small Group Training, Group Classes, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Yoga. The team is led by Jason Clark & Brent Coglan whom together have over 30 years combined experience in the Health & Fitness Industry.
