At Perform 360 we incorporate a total 360-degree approach to fitness by incorporating structured Strength Training, Yoga, Gymnastics and Movement style workouts, which are specifically designed to make you feel amazing, lose fat, gain strength, increase mobility and help enjoy everyday life to it’s fullest.

3 X 60 minute Personal Training Sessions (12 in total)

1 X 60 minute StrengthCon Session

Our StrengthCon Sessions are on Saturday each week.

Unlimited Gymnastic Classes

Our Gymnastic classes run at several times throughout the day.

Unlimited Yoga Classes

Choose from several Yoga classes throughout the week.
