Yummy Mummy

8 Week Challenge

Motherhood is an incredible rite of passage. One minute we’re basking in oxytocin bliss, the next we’re staring out the window in the middle of the night willing the sun to come up. We were never meant to do this alone.

Meet The Trainer

Paula Hindle

Women’s Health Physio, Exercise Physiologist, Integrative Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher.

Paula has been working with women for over 15 years in private practice and hospital settings, focusing on obstetrics, gynaecology, pre- and postnatal exercise, and female athletes. She is constantly hearing Mums say they are broken, and just want to feel good again!! This is where P360 and Paula’s passion lies. We believe we all have the power within us to create health and happiness. We don’t believe you are broken. We believe you need a little support, guidance and accountability. We have collaborated with our amazing Physio Paula, and Angelique Clark Nutrition, to bring you a professional and holistic 8 week challenge just for Mums. It takes a village to raise kids, and we’re ready to be your village. We aren’t about the mum bod. We are about rebuilding your post baby from the inside out. We believe in making sustainable changes to your lifestyle to enhance your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self, so you can live your best Mum life, and be a role model for health and happiness for your growing family.

What Our Members Say About the Challenge

I was lucky enough to take part in the P360/Yummy Mummy Physio 8 week challenge earlier this year when my second daughter, Edwina was just 8 weeks old. It was never about ‘bouncing back’ or getting back to my ‘pre-baby body’ but it was about having a nice routine, meeting other women who are facing similar demands on their bodies ie sleep deprivation and healing my body from 9 months of pregnancy.
Paula is fabulous!! Kind, understanding, inspiring and extraordinarily knowledgeable. She also has an incredible ability to hold about a dozen babies at the same time (give or take :)). The programming by P360 is second to none (I’ve been working with them for many years and pre-babies too!) and by the end of the 8 weeks, I felt strong physically but better still, I felt strong mentally and have met some wonderful women who I look forward to seeing into the future. What a brilliant community they have created and I really encourage everyone to get involved.

Paula and it has honestly changed my life. When I started this 8 week challenge I had no idea what was ahead of me and wasn’t actually sure a “challenge” was the right direction as I had never set a foot in a gym... however it has completely changed me and has such a positive impact on my life.
I am a much happier mum and my confidence builds each day. After having 3 babies in 2 and a half years it really took a toll on my body and how I saw myself but I can see myself coming out the other side of that and I only have Paula to thank for that.
Paula never lets you doubt yourself and makes you feel like you can achieve absolutely everything in her weekly sessions. Like I said joining Yummy Mummy Physio at P360 has been one of the best decisions not only for myself but also my family so THANK YOU Paula 🙂

I started the 8 week Yummy Mummy Physio Challenge when I was 6 months postpartum. I initially began the challenge as a way to get back into the gym/gain strength and lose my baby weight. I am actually tearing up as I write this because I don’t think Paula realises how much she impacts everyone she meets. She is such a vibrant, positive powerhouse and every time I walked into her classes she greeted me with a massive smile, and on most days a big hug as I blinked back tears because Jude didn’t sleep again. Most days she held Jude for me while he watched me train and I could relax (as much as you can while you’re doing burpees!) As a mother, she just “gets it.”
I have made so many amazing girlfriends throughout this journey and know we will be friends for a long time. I recommend the 8 Week YMPC to any mums who like to dance, like to laugh, and like to train in a super positive and supportive environment.

To anyone who is thinking about doing the Yummy Mummy 8 week challenge with Paula and the wonderful staff at P360... think no more- sign yourselves up!
I have always been an active person and high impact sports are my thang! . I had a mild prolapse as a result of over doing it post birth. I was symptomatic whenever I stood for too long, carried the kids for extended periods of time or did any exercise. I was SO nervous to return to those activities and actually actively avoided them bc I was scared I might do more damage. After the 8 weeks, I am running again and have played the odd game of netball And I’m doing it all symptom free. And I am actually lifting weights !
For me weight loss was not a goal. If anything, it was the opposite. I wanted to gain strength and just sweat again. I was very nervous to start but felt so well looked after and was armed with so much wonderful knowledge from Paula, And all the staff at P360. All of this type of training was new to me and now I’m a little bit addicted.
I am definitely stronger, My posture is so much better (a friend I’ve had for over 20 years asked me if I had gotten taller!!!); I’ve made wonderful friends, I laugh, I have a great time , and my daughter and son get to see a bunch of strong women trying new things and caring for their bodies, hearts and minds. I can also honestly say, from a non-gym-person that there is no judgement! Just positive vibes and a nurturing environment to help you achieve whatever it is you want to.... even if you are not sure what that is yet!!
