You Get
- Three Small Group Personal Training sessions per week (6:1) | Select from over 20 sessions daily. Each session contains mobility, strength & cardio based exercises.
- Initial Movement Assessment: To tailor our coaching to your specific needs, goals and experience
- Unlimited access to Yoga, Stretch Therapy and Mobility classes
- Team Training on Saturdays (HIIT sessions)
- 30min Goal Setting Session
- Continuous support and coaching: Ongoing support and guidance during every session, ensuring proper form and progress.
- Access to our exclusive training app for progress tracking: All workout details, including weights and repetitions, will be logged in our training app
- Access to our private members only Facebook Community to help support you in achieving your health and fitness goals.
