Jason Clark

Co-Founder

Thanks for stopping by. My name is Jason Clark Co-Founder at P360 and my favourite food is Homemade beetroot and black bean burgers with a sneaky glass of Red. When I’m not changing lives, and having a great time at P360 I love wrestle time with my two young boys and spending time in the garden (when I have a chance). My favourite movie is either The Fighter or White Men Can’t Jump because they both represent that even though your backs are up against the wall anything is possible.

I’ve been in the industry since 2000 as a young 21 yo and now I’m truly passionate about creating a holistic movement in terms of exercise and nutrition for better health and mindset.

I choose the fitness industry because health and fitness CAN solve SO MANY of today’s health and mental issues. Through exercise…the world can be a better place.

My greatest personal achievement was obviously marrying my beautiful wife and the birth of our two gorgeous boys. From a business stand it was definitely opening P360 when our backs we’re truly up against the wall when a previous business were in liquidation.

Brent Coglan

Co-Founder

Hey, it’s Brent here, I’ve been a coach for the past 11years and love the friendly and supportive community we’ve created here. I really enjoy teaching people how to train efficiently and effectively to help them become what we call the everyday athlete. It doesn’t matter where you’re at on the training timeline, I can coach you to perform at your best and become the strongest and fittest you’ve ever been.

I’m right in to my sports and at the moment and I’m loving Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, surfing and Olympic weightlifting. I really enjoy the skill and the discipline that’s required to be good. On my days off I really enjoy hanging at the beach after a surf or hiking a mountain with my girlfriend and our two rescue puppies Ivy and Indy. My favourite type of food is Mexican and my favourite movie of all time is Super Troopers. So many good quotes in that movie.

My greatest business achievement is definitely opening the doors of Perform 360 and creating an environment where people are comfortable to push themselves both physically and mentally.

I chose the fitness industry back in 2006 because I’m passionate about teaching people to take their performance to next level. I love teaching people new skills, and one of my main strengths is being able to break things down so people can learn quickly and effectively.

Richard Chun

Coach/ Member Service

Thanks for stopping by and checking us out, and if you have made it this far then congratulations on becoming a part of an ever expanding health conscious community looking to broaden your knowledge and connect with likeminded coaches to support your health and wellbeing journey.

My name’s Richie, Perform 360 Coach, father of four amazing children and passionate about helping people like you find the best part of your day here with our amazing community.

Why am I so passionate about helping you?

Quite simply I’m just like you…

With an extensive career in the telecommunication industry, I definitely became an expert at placing the needs of my profession ahead of my personal health and relationships but over time with the right coaching and support, I began to turn the corner and find a passion for helping people in similar circumstances to bring balance into their lives.

Fast forward 10 years, numerous hours of study, experimentation, and training have brought me to a happier healthier way of life and I’m overjoyed to be able to work with you to find your very own happy place.

Jai Hofman

Coach (Enoggera & Coorparoo)

Jai has been passionate about the health and fitness industry for more than half his life. He has recently left the Australian Army after more than six years of service. He led a small team on deployment in Afghanistan which reinforced his ability to work within and build teams under high stress situations.

During his time in Defence he was responsible for the physical training and wellbeing for up to 120 personnel at any time. His expertise included strength and conditioning, interval and circuit training, battle conditioning and most importantly pre and rehabilitation.

Jai has run outdoor boot camps for over 6 years and has trained his team to complete multiple arduous challenges, including each member running 100 sets of Kangaroo Point stairs as part of a fundraiser to support veterans with mental health issues.

Jai started practicing yoga five years ago after having an ACL reconstruction. He utilised it as a primary means of rehabilitation. He went on to complete his teacher training and has since become very passionate in helping people not only recover from injury, but as importantly, to prevent injury.Hand in hand with that, Jai likes to work on building mental resilience within his clients and helping find ways to overcome seemingly impossible goals.

Jacob

Coach (Enoggera & Coorparoo)

Hi, my name is Jacob. I’m an Exercise Sports Scientist as well as a strength and conditioning coach and I’ve working in the industry since 2016, coaching both individuals and sporting teams.
I grew up in Darwin but moved to Brisbane to study and loved it so have never looked to leave! Growing up I was always busy with sport, swimming competitively as well as playing AFL and cricket. My first experience coaching was when I became an assistant swimming coach at my club and quickly realised I loved helping others improve themselves.
When I’m not at the gym, my go to is a trip to the beach, spending time with mates or having down time doing as little as possible. I’m a big advocate for being able to switch off completely and looking after yourself as you’re not of much use to others if you’re always tired or burnt out.
I’ve been doing some form of consistent weekly training since the age of 6, in addition to participating in the sports mentioned above in my youth I’ve also trained for BJJ and now currently CrossFit. I learn best through doing something, so I’m always on the lookout to try new things and be coached as I get the joy of learning a new skill as well as adding to my coaching repertoire.
I get great fulfilment from helping others and seeing others succeed and for that reason I’ll always do my best to make time for anyone who wants help.

Jarvis Wickham

Daiki Kimoto

Coach (Enoggera & Coorparoo)

Hi, my name is Daiki

I’m the new guy at Perform360.

I am currently studying a bachelors of exercise science with a sporting background of semi-pro baseball in Japan. I currently play at Windsor Royals baseball club with coach Zach. I was previously a PT for over 3 years in Japan at Gold’s Gym!

I enjoy all types of training but plyometrics is probably my go to style.

I also have experience in coaching youth baseball at a regional and state level and I have loved every minute of it! I love working with young developing athletes.

I’m looking forward in not only getting to know our members but also guiding them to their individual goals and having a good chat.

Please feel free to say hi!

Sue Kelso

Coach (Stretch Therapy, Yoga & Meditation)

My name's Sue and I'm the Stretch Therapy Teacher at Perform 360.

I'm like you, I wasn't a ballerina or a gymnast when I was younger and came to yoga and meditation in my 20's, back when it was challenging to find a yoga teacher with regular classes.

At about the same time I found Yoga and Meditation, I also found Kit Laughlin. Stretch Therapy is his work and I'm privileged to have Kit as both a teacher (I've learnt directly from the master) and more importantly as a friend.

It wasn't my intention to teach anything, I just wanted to learn more (I'm a curious being) and develop my own personal practise, but I've been teaching for over 22 years now and I still absolutely love it!

I teach what I have found works for me and Stretch Therapy works!

I'm incredibly passionate about empowering people to release tension from their bodies, to move better, to sleep better, to generally feel better in their bodies. I also love being able to show tight adult humans how to become more flexible and improve their mobility.

Stretch Therapy benefits directly impact your training in the Perform360 environment, so if you want to improve your lifting, squatting, back bending, whatever it may be, then add Stretch Therapy classes into your weekly training schedule.

In my down time I love to read (and usually have multiple books on the go at the same time), I enjoy a good coffee, delicious food and excellent company, which is what life is all about, making and appreciating moments!

So whether you want to learn how to relax and release tension from your body, to move better and feel better or you want to take your flexibility to the next level (including partner stretching), then become a Stretch Therapy regular with me at Enoggera and Coorparoo.

Let me show you how to breathe, stretch and relax!!

Nick Fee

Coach (Enoggera & Coorparoo)

Kia Ora,

My name is Nick Fee. I’m the latest S&C coach at P360. My girlfriend and I moved here from NZ in March ‘23 to explore what Australia offers whilst building our respective careers.
Since high school, I have played semi-professional basketball, graduated from University, worked 15+ different jobs, travelled the world, fallen in love, owned a house, and most recently moved to a new country.

In the past 10+ years, I have been in the sports & performance coaching industry through varying organisations, as well as my own business. I have also recently attained my ASCA level 2. My passion in this field is to help empower people to take ownership of their personal growth & development.

Currently, I coach NBL1 women’s basketball on the side. In my spare time, people call me obsessively competitive (whatever that means), whether it be board games, lawn bowls, or anything, honestly.

I’m working on it.

I’m excited to be joining the P360 team and am looking forward to helping the organisation grow to greater heights alongside the members.

LET’S GOOOO!

Rach Turner

Coach (Enoggera)

Hey guys, Rachel here!

I am currently a Lvl1 ASCA Strength and Conditioning coach. After attaining my Fitness and Personal Training Certificates in 2021, I felt like I needed to expand upon my knowledge to enter the fitness industry with confidence - this is how I ended up studying my ASCA qualification.

The ASCA course sparked a passion for understanding movement, how the body responds to it, and how we can modify and grow through movement to perform better, and regain our quality of life. My next goal with study, is to enter tertiary education, continuing studies in the areas of rehabilitation.

I have a passion for people, and one of my favourite parts of my job is getting to know the people I coach every day. I love understanding who you are, what your goals are, and why you choose to train. So, if you love a chat, I’m always around!

I like to approach training as a tool for life - we can enrich our wellbeing in multiple ways. I’m excited to be a part of the community, that’s helps each other learn, and develop!

Brendan Butler

Coach (Enoggera)

Hi, my name is Brendan.

I’m re-establishing myself into a civilian career after being in the defence force. My previous career in the health and fitness industry was on the Sunshine Coast where I worked with professional sporting teams, elite and recreational endurance athletes and people with many varying health goals.

My passion is assisting people to reach their optimal performance whilst remaining injury free, enabling them to enjoy the opportunities that being healthy allows them to participate in and enjoy.

My personal experience in sport is broad having competed in many team and individual sports of varying levels. I have recently focussed my efforts on tennis after having a long break from when I was a high-level junior player. I now play at the QLD tennis centre in their top grade fixture’s competition. My other hobbies include dirt-bike riding and trail running.

To relax I enjoy time with my wife, walking our whippets, drinking coffee and meeting mates for a good banter session.

I look forward to becoming part of the P360 team.

Erin Brealey

Sports Dietitian

Hey there! I’m Erin; P360 Enoggera’s in-house nutrition specialist! I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian and in my previous life, I was also a Personal Trainer. I also work in partnership with the International Society of Sports Nutrition as an educator to fitness and health professionals.

Prior to working as a nutrition professional, I spent many years working in the fitness industry, where I noticed many people had a need for quality nutrition advice, yet they were being provided with less-than-accurate nutrition information by individuals without the qualifications and skills to provide it. I saw first-hand some of issues this triggered to people’s mental and physical health and to their ability to trust their own bodies. Hence my decision to switch gears and move 100% into the nutrition space.

One of the key reasons I love working alongside the P360 guys is they are all about ensuring you see the right professional for your needs, and collaborating with those professionals as a part of your health & fitness team!

I’m passionate about helping recreationally active people and athletes lift performance and training outcomes through incorporating strategic and fad-free nutrition advice, using evidence-based principles.

My role is to be your guide to navigate through conflicting information you find online and help with your specific nutrition related concern. I like to focus on cultivating great communication and two-way trust to ensure an enjoyable experience without the restriction! I pride myself on my friendly, non-judgemental, holistic and most important, realistic, approach to nutrition. My ultimate goal is to help you reach your goals in a physically and mentally healthy way.

I also happen to train at P360, so I absolutely walk my talk. Lifting weights is my personal favourite way to train, and I have been doing it in some form since I was a teenager, before I even knew the long list of benefits it offers!

If you’d like to level up your nutrition game, I offer targeted and bespoke nutrition coaching packages from the gym and online.
