Small Group Personal Training

Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are specifically designed for small groups with a maximum of six people to one coach lasting one hour from start to finish.

Why do we limit our session number to a maximum of six? It’s a perfect balance of community, motivation, support, but more importantly, it enables us to perfect technique on any given exercise for all members. It’s our duty of care to ensure all members are performing exercises efficiently, effectively, safely and so we can adapt to any limitation a member may have or experience. Currently we have an average of 25 sessions a day to choose from that suits any busy lifestyle.

Junior Athlete Training Program

Youth athletic development can be a confusing process for both the ‘Athlete’ and ‘Parent’. With different styles and methods every athlete is finding it hard to know what is best for them. That’s why we are providing a proven science based system that will see EVERY athlete achieve their optimal potential.

We want to see every athlete given the opportunity to pursue their chosen sport and succeed! The P360 ‘Junior Athletes’ system is aimed to provide each athlete with the physical performance they require for their chosen sport. Age, position, sport, level, history, injuries……we take it all into consideration so we can coach every athlete INDIVIDUALLY.

Athletes are provided with an elite level system that is guaranteed to produce results. Every step of the way we provide support from our coaches and our amazing community of established athletes.
