Junior Athlete Program

Youth athletic development can be a confusing process for both the ‘Athlete’ and ‘Parent’. With different styles and methods every athlete is finding it hard to know what is best for them. That’s why we are providing a proven science based system that will see EVERY athlete achieve their optimal potential. We want to see every athlete given the opportunity to pursue their chosen sport and succeed!

The P360 ‘Junior Athletes’ system is aimed to provide each athlete with the physical performance they require for their chosen sport. Age, position, sport, level, history, injuries……we take it all into consideration so we can coach every athlete INDIVIDUALLY

Junior Athlete Program

Why We Started The Junior Athlete Program

Our goal for the Perform 360 program is to develop junior athletes and show them what they’re truly capable of, physically AND mentally. We want our athletes training at the elite level which will dramatically increase their chances of dominating their sport.

The Perform 360 Program was created after it became clear to us that…
  • Too many kids enter the season out of shape, discouraged and lacked preparation, not ready for the season.
  • This results to them sitting on the sidelines warming up the bench instead of being on the ground. They’re fatiguing too quickly and potentially letting the team down.
  • Most have the potential but can never execute. This results to missing out on the Division 1 Team and feeling discouraged throughout the season.
  • These athletes feel that they’re “never good enough” and keep getting told that “they can do better” but they just don’t know how…
For the last 12 months, we’ve personally trained DOZENS of junior athletes, helped them rank up, and dominate their sport.
We take a revolutionary approach to teaching, learning and implementing what’s required IN and OUT of the sport. We believe that the athletes need to be ready with our core pillars: TRAINING, NUTRITION FOR PERFORMANCE, RECOVERY AND MENTAL TOUGHNESS.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many times does each athlete need to be in the gym?

This is completely individual. Depending on the age, movement patterns, experience, development, sport, goals, etc… each athlete could be in the gym 1 day a week or up to 3 days a week. Our goal is to increase physical performance over the long term. Therefore it is stressed that all athletes trust in the process that each coach gives them and puts in 100% effort to all sessions. More is not always better

What is the youngest age an athlete can join the program?

We currently have 10 years of age as the minimum. This program is designed for athletes that are driven and have the ability to be some what autonomous with their training with the addition of guidance when needed. If you are close to the minimum age but are 100% driven towards achieving your goal than contact us directly

When does the program run and how long will each session take?

The program runs Mon-Thursday from 3:30pm to 5pm sharp! Our coaches are scheduled in for this period, which is plenty of time each athlete to complete their program. Each athletes program is designed to be 60mins in duration on average (some session may be 45)

What is the cost Involved?

For non Perform Three Sixty parents the cost is only $50 per week. For parents who exercise at Perform 360 the cost is just $40 per week.
