3 X (60 Minute) Small Group PT Sessions/ Week

Train with our experienced team in a Small Group Environment (1 trainer for up to 6 members). Select from over 20 x 60 minute sessions daily.

Each session contains mobility, strength & cardio based exercises.

Unlimited Group Classes

Explore our diverse class offerings including Yoga, Gymnastics, Stretch Therapy, Olympic Lifting and our members favourite Saturday HIIT.

These classes are designed to compliment our Small Group Training Program and help accelerate you towards your health and fitness goals.

Movement Assessment

This 60 minute session gives our team an insight into your current fitness levels, functional abilities, and any potential limitations that might hinder your long-term success. This allows us to tailor programming to your unique needs, irrespective of your training objectives, prior experience, injuries, age, or functional capabilities.

Performance Tracking

Get access to our exclusive training app for progress tracking. All workout details, including weights and repetitions are logged in our training app so that you can monitor your weekly progress.

Goal Setting Session

Our coaches are committed to your success, providing guidance and support throughout your fitness journey. Set realistic health and fitness goals and stay accountable in your personalised goal setting session (30 minutes)
