Personalised Precise Nutrition Plans are our speciality if nutrition detail is necessary and important to you to reach your sporting aspirations. We understand exercise physiology and match your nutritional needs to your training program, no matter what sport or level or competition you are at.

It is not a requirement for results or sustainable change, so we offer this as OPTIONAL and we will discuss the need for this in your Initial Assessment. If we decide this is integral to your journey, we then will proceed to write fully customised, personalised and detailed daily nutrition plan with training and recovery nutrition, hydration guidance, supplement navigation and supermarket suggestions for ultimate sport performance.

This is entirely written for you and no-body else – NO cookie cutter meal plans here and as a result your personalised plan is written outside of your consult time and is delivered at your 1st review after assessment for full explanation and instruction for ultimate success!

Angie is the founder and director of iPN. She has an extensive background in transformation physique science and is the co-owner and creator of the successful online Love Living Lean Program. 

Angie is passionate about translating nutrition science into food art with her skills in engaging + delicious Performance Kitchen Workshops + knows how to cook for her 2 active sons!

She has worked with numerous gyms, studios, personal trainers + fitness industry professionals enhance their client’s with sports nutrition for results driven transformations and education.

What To Expect

Your Initial Assessment is a minimum of 45min. In this session we explore many facets of your health, exercise routine, personal history, food preferences, intolerances, allergies, metabolic damage, clinical conditions and lifestyle as we believe ALL these contribute to health, performance and body composition success with food. Let us first get to know you then we can map out your nutrition goals, explore your personal values and how and how we can implement the best nutrition and behavioural prescription in order for you to become the ultimate version of YOU! Expect to leave this session with simple, highly effective tools necessary walk out the door and thrive!

Body Composition Assessment is an option should you require a more in-depth physical profile of how your intervention is changing your physique. We are Level 1 ISAK Accredited Anthropometrist – which means we are precise experts that undergo extensive training in how to scientifically ensure your measures are accurate and a true indication of change. We also pride ourselves in explaining this to you with a comprehensive report and can also analyse other methods of body composition such as DEXA or Bioelectrical Impedance devices if needed.

Ongoing Support in the form of 30min or 60min reviews is integral to your long-term nutrition success. We pride ourselves on being place where DIETS END. We know this from a combination of evidence-informed research and years of practical experience working with individuals and we believe the only way for sustainable change is ongoing regular support and contact to change healthy habits for long term success. Your review frequency is all depend on your goal and commitment to change. After your initial assessment, repeat body composition assessments are included in the cost of your review session. Ask us ANYTHING in these sessions! They are entirely directed by YOU with the information you need to know personally to see you thrive

I've been seeing Ange now for over 7 years and having her insight and meal plans has given me the basis to push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of in swimming.
Over the years trying new events and shifting focuses between short distance pool racing to long distance open water. Particularly challenging having Type 1 Diabetes. Having put a big focus on my food intake is really the base for any of my successes.
My highlight has been scoring a bronze medal in the 5km Open Water event in the World Masters Games in 2017 in New Zealand. Ange is instrumental in my next goal of transitioning to 10km+ Open Water racing and her advice is invaluable.
