Ingredients
  • 150g pitted frozen cherries
  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • 15g pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 30g protein powder (natural or vanilla)
  • 200ml unsweetened almond or rice milk
  • 1 probiotic capsule (without the case!)
  • Optional: add a ripe banana if you need extra energy, to have as a meal or post-training!
Method
Blitz in your blender until smooth and serve immediately!
