Ingredients
- 150g pitted frozen cherries
- 50g frozen blueberries
- 15g pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 30g protein powder (natural or vanilla)
- 200ml unsweetened almond or rice milk
- 1 probiotic capsule (without the case!)
- Optional: add a ripe banana if you need extra energy, to have as a meal or post-training!
Method
Blitz in your blender until smooth and serve immediately!
