I have worked in the health, wellness and fitness space for over 15 years, with numerous roles as a gym owner, personal trainer, exercise physiologist, dietitian and sports dietitian in a diverse range of sports at every level from regular gym goer right through to elite physique athletes and celebrity transformations. I have been involved extensively in recipe development, performance cooking workshops for numerous fitness centres, presented corporate and sports nutrition seminars and developed successful international online nutrition programs. I am an avid content contributor on physique sports and educating fitness industry professionals on fat loss science and the important nuances of the active female.
It’s my biggest passion to help you uncomplicate nutrition so you can access ultimate performance, in your activity and in life. When you take a bird’s eye view on your health you see a whole world from a limitless perspective.

Remedial Massage Therapy
My name is Andrew Upton. I am a Remedial Massage Therapist who graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2014 (HLT50307) and a second Diploma in 2016 (HLT52015). The techniques I use are primarily Deep Tissue. Trigger Point, Myofascial, Joint Mobilisation, Acupressure, and a variety of Stretching Techniques.
The benefits of a treatment range from the reduction or elimination of pain to an increase in the range of movement over a variety of joints. RMT can be used as an adjunct to a training regime or as a purely remedial treatment for muscular or joint dysfunction.
A standard treatment consists of Assessment, Treatment, and post-assessment followed by a demonstration of stretching techniques to further aid recovery.
I am a fully registered therapist with Massage and Myotherapy Australia and am recognised by Hicaps for Health insurance claims when it is covered by extras.
My style is quite firm but the intensity of the pressure is jointly monitored by myself and you (the client).
