Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 medium cucumber, chopped
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest
- 2 limes, peeled and halved
- pinch Himilayan sea salt
- 1 chunk fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 cups ice if needed
Method: Blend all and drink immediately.
