Mens Health

Over the years we have learnt that the men of our community have benefited greatly from consitant S&C training. Most commonly we see a reduction in injuries and improved phsical and mental performance for every day life.

There is however a population of Our Men connected to the community that live busy lives supporting there families and career commitments so we regularily encounter Men that often put their health on the back burner in place of thier day to day responsabilites. We get it we understand it, life can be tough but not impossible.

With close to a 70% female member base facing similar challenges day to day how can we encourage our men to do the same?

What we know is that with couples that support and encourage each other to train always do better to remain consistant and are healthier and happier because of it!

If you have any idea’s, or someone that could do with some encouragement to start training please let us know how we can support that process.
