$100 Credit only available to Active Perform 360 Membership’s
Maximum of 2 x $100 Referral Credits per Calendar month per member
The referral credit is only applicable to “New Members” to Perform 360. Past or historic members ineligible for the referral promo.
The Referral credit will applied to the referees account after the first 2 weeks of there 4 week intro membership
The $100 credit is not redeemable for cash and will be applied directly to an existing active membership
The $100 Credit can be gifted to another Active member and can be done so in writing.
